Background：

The client, a brand in the pet industry, sought to upgrade their existing nylon pet collar to a more durable and water-resistant TPU version. The goal was to improve the collar’s performance and appeal in the market.

Objectives and Requirements：

The client required a TPU collar that offered enhanced durability and protection against water and oil. This product needed to be designed with molds and fully produced in-house.

Solution：

*Designed molds for efficient and precise production of the TPU pet collar.

*Conducted multiple rounds of material and prototype testing to ensure quality, durability, and waterproofing.

Results and Outcomes：

We completed development to mass production in approximately 20 days. The TPU pet collar successfully entered mass production after thorough material and prototype confirmations.
